Job Description

As an Automation Lead (TOSCA Specialist), you will play a crucial role in transforming the Quality Assurance practice of the company by implementing robust test automation strategies. Your deep expertise in Tricentis TOSCA will be essential in designing scalable and maintainable automation frameworks to support various enterprise applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Automation Strategy & Framework Development:** - Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA. - Define automation standards and best practices for enterprise-wide adoption. - Identify opportunities to enhance test coverage, execution speed, and reliability through automation. - **Test Automation Implementation:** - Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing. - Automate testing across different applications such as Web, Desktop, API, and SAP using TOSCA modules. - Implement data-driven and model-based automation approaches to minimize script maintenance. - **CI/CD & Continuous Testing:** - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc. - Enable continuous testing in Agile and DevOps delivery models. - Monitor test execution results and optimize automation feedback cycles. - **Leadership & Mentorship:** - Provide technical leadership and guidance to QA and automation engineers. - Conduct training sessions and workshops on TOSCA best practices. - Review automation designs and scripts to ensure quality and consistency. - **Defect Analysis & Stability:** - Perform root cause analysis for automation failures. - Enhance stability and reliability of automated test suites. - Collaborate with development teams to resolve test-related issues. - **Collaboration & Shift-Left Quality:** - Work closely with development and product teams to ensure testability of applications. - Promote shift-left testing by introducing automation early in the SDLC. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and release readiness discussions. **Essential Qualifications:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - **Experience & Technical Skills:** 10+ years of experience in test automation, strong TOSCA expertise, familiarity with CI/CD tools, and various automation types. **Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Experience testing SAP applications with TOSCA, exposure to Agile methodologies, knowledge of test management tools, and experience in large-scale enterprise environments. **Soft Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
