Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify areas to Design and develop where the automation needed. Integrate with new systems to existed systems to break the gaps. Responsible for Installation and Commissioning newly installed equipment. Make an analysis to identify inefficiencies, waste & bottlenecks and create strategies to using Six Sigma and other methodologies. Responsible for collection of all data and analysis the Quality, production, equipment performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Make training to the operators to make improve the production and to improve Machinery efficiency. Work with all cross functional teams like Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Production and to understand the situations, resolving the problems, play key role for in developing for all the verticals Preferred candidate profile Experienced in Industrial Automation -Kaizen Specialist Contact : 8790984547
