Automation Architect UI/API/Performance

The Automation Architect position at our company requires a candidate with over 8 years of experience and expertise in JavaScript-based UI/API automation, AI-driven QA, cloud platforms, and security practices for fintech applications. As the Automation Architect, you will be responsible for UI automation using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, WebDriver.io, and Cucumber. In addition, you will also handle API automation tasks utilizing Rest Assured and BDD frameworks. Your role will also involve performance testing using JMeter and Gatling, along with setting up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Maven, TestNG, and Allure. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is mandatory for this role. Familiarity with AI in QA, secure SDLC practices, and compliance standards like PCI DSS and SOC 2 is also essential. Candidates with cloud certifications, knowledge of Docker/K8s, and experience in service virtualization will be considered a plus. This role is a hands-on technical leadership position with minimal people management responsibilities.
