You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery, troubleshoot technical issues related to automation workflows, maintain documentation, and offer technical guidance as required. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder interactions with professionalism and diplomacy. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 6 years of experience and possess hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere, preferably A360. You should have a strong understanding of RPA concepts, architecture, and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage vendor relationships and engage in complex technical discussions. A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail is also crucial for success in this position. Preferred qualifications include certification in Automation Anywhere, experience working in multi-vendor environments, and exposure to enterprise-level automation projects.
