Automation Anywhere Technical Lead

Role Overview: You are sought after to join the development team as a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions that align with business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. The role is for a Technical Lead Automation Anywhere located in Greater Noida. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to automate various business processes. - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of RPA solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions in a timely manner. - Optimize and enhance existing RPA solutions to boost performance and scalability. - Provide technical support and training to end-users and team members. - Keep abreast of the latest developments in RPA technologies and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a focus on Automation Anywhere. - Proficiency in Automation Anywhere tools and technologies, including A2019. - Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C#. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) would be advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
