Job Title: Automation and Continuous Improvement Specialist Location: Haridwar & Goalpara Key Responsibilities: Experience in Automation System Development and Implementation Continuous Improvement Initiatives Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting Experience in Training and Support Experience in Safety and Compliance Experience in Collaboration and Communication Experience in Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial robotics. Knowledge of control systems, sensors, and actuators. Experience with CAD software and designing automated systems. Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience in Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes. Experience in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Certification in automation or control systems engineering (e.g., ISA Certified Automation Professional).
