Automated Voice Message

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AVM Campaign Executive to manage, execute, and optimize Automated Voice Message (AVM) campaigns for lead generation, client outreach, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling bulk voice call campaigns, CRM tools, data segmentation, and campaign tracking.

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Create, set up, and launch Automated Voice Message (AVM) campaigns.
• Manage voice broadcasting tools (Exotel, Kaleyra, Knowlarity, MyOperator, etc.)
• Upload and segment customer/lead databases as per campaign requirements.
• Ensure proper call flow, message quality, and campaign accuracy.

2. Lead Generation & Data Management

• Execute AVM campaigns focused on generating qualified leads.
• Monitor call responses, missed calls, callback requests, and lead flow.
• Maintain clean and updated lead sheets, CRM entries, and campaign reports.

3. Optimization & Monitoring

• Track campaign performance metrics such as response rate, pickup rate, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze data and provide suggestions to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the AVM service provider if needed.

4. Communication & Coordination

• Work closely with marketing/sales teams to align campaign goals.
• Share daily and weekly performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with DND and TRAI regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹470,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
