You are a proactive and tech-savvy AI Recruitment Executive responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes using AI-powered tools and platforms. Your primary focus will be on leveraging artificial intelligence to efficiently source, screen, and shortlist candidates while enhancing overall recruitment quality and speed. Your key responsibilities will include utilizing AI-based recruitment tools to match candidates with open positions, building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline through data-driven strategies, analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize talent acquisition strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, and conducting initial screenings using chatbots, automated assessments, and AI-enhanced interviews. Additionally, you will be managing candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-ups through applicant tracking systems integrated with AI tools. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Data Science, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with AI tools. Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing platforms such as HireVue, Pymetrics, SeekOut, or X0PA is highly desirable. Preferred skills for this position include certifications in AI, machine learning, or HR analytics, experience with CRM or ATS tools like Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, or Lever, and exposure to predictive hiring and resume parsing algorithms. This is a full-time position located in Gandhinagar, and your work will be conducted in person.,
