Responsibilities Install, configure, and manage software, hardware, and printers. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Manage data backup and CCTV surveillance systems. Upgrade systems with new releases and models. Follow up with service providers (EPABX, Firewall (Sophos), Cisco WAN Router, Lenovo Care, Printer service, etc.) to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
