AutoCAD Drafter & Site Coordinator

AutoCAD Drafting Responsibilities

• Prepare AutoCAD drawings for Audio Visual & IT systems, including:
• AV system block diagrams & schematics
• Equipment rack layouts
• Speaker layout drawings
• Display / LED wall layouts
• Control room layouts
• Network & structured cabling layouts
• CCTV layouts (if applicable)
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and GA drawings based on site conditions.
• Modify drawings based on client comments, consultant feedback, and site requirements.
• Maintain drawing standards, layer management, legends, symbols, and documentation formats.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams for drawing inputs and approvals.
• Prepare drawing submissions for client, consultant, and PMC approvals

Site Coordination Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors for execution of AV & IT works.
• Conduct site visits to verify drawings vs actual site conditions.
• Assist in material planning, BOQ verification, and quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Coordinate installation activities for:
• Audio systems
• Video conferencing systems
• Displays, projectors, LED walls
• Racks, cabling, and network equipment
• Ensure work execution follows approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Track site progress and report daily/weekly status to the project manager.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.

Education & Experience

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, IT, or relevant field
• 2–5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and site coordination
• Prior experience with AV, ELV, or IT system integrators will be a strong advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
