Auto Pouring Machine Operator

Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of automated machinery and pouring processes.
• Understanding of materials (e.g., metals, chemicals, liquids) and their properties.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot issues in the pouring process.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work with hazardous materials.
• Mechanical aptitude for basic machine repairs and maintenance.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Pouring Equipment:
• Monitor and control automated pouring machines that dispense liquids or molten materials into designated containers, molds, or other systems.
• Set up machines for the proper pouring process according to the specifications for each batch or order
• Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of pouring equipment to ensure it operates smoothly.
• Troubleshoot issues such as blockages, flow inconsistencies, or equipment malfunctions.
• Work with maintenance teams to repair and replace faulty equipment parts.
• Safety Compliance:
• Follow safety procedures, especially when handling high-temperature or hazardous materials.
• Wear and maintain protective equipment, such as heat-resistant gloves, safety goggles, or flame-retardant clothing.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed to prevent spills, leaks, or accidents.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of pouring operations, including the types and quantities of materials used, operational times, and any issues or adjustments made during the process.
• Document equipment maintenance and any troubleshooting actions taken.
• Material Handling:
• Prepare and handle raw materials (e.g., metals, chemicals, or liquids) for pouring.
• Ensure that materials are stored properly before use to avoid contamination or degradation.
• Collaboration:
• Work with other operators, supervisors, and the quality control team to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Communicate any issues with pouring processes or material supply to the appropriate team members.
• Process Monitoring:
• Monitor automated systems and machinery for correct operations, adjusting parameters as needed (e.g., temperature, flow rate, etc.).
• Ensure that automated systems operate according to the pre-set production schedule and specifications.
• Production Goals:
• Meet production targets and deadlines by ensuring the pouring system runs at optimal capacity.
• Report any delays or production issues to supervisors promptly.
• Clean-up:
• Clean and maintain pouring equipment to avoid contamination or buildup that could affect the quality of the material being poured.
• Ensure the workspace remains clean and organized, adhering to environmental and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,402.69 per month
