Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of HR & IR Based at Dharuhera, Haryana . The role involves focusing on Entire gamut of HR & IR- Specially : Organisaton Development, Leadership Development, Competence Development, Organisation Structuring/Restructuring, Training & Development, IR Management, Legal & Statutory Compliances , Recruitment & Retention , and Succession Planning. Qualifications: 20+ years of experience in HR & IR Management in the Auto Component/ Manufacturing industry Master's degree in HR/IR . Proven experience in Formulating & Implementing HR Policies/Strategies. Must be thorough in Daily Work Management -Daily Weekly Monthly MIS and Reviews to Pro Actively ensure achievement of HR & IR Goals of the Organisation. Must be thorough in Global Reporting and working in a Matrix Organisation Structure. Must be thorough in Planning(Budgeting) and achieving the Cost/Key Indicators related to HR/IR-Like Employee Cost/Administration Cost, Legal/Statutory Compliances. Experience in Quality Management Systems and ISO / TS certifications Experience in managing large scale plants with multiple locations ensuring a healthy IR Environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders Experience in mentoring and coaching team members Must be a Self-Driven.
