As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for conducting audiological assessments and tests to diagnose hearing loss and related disorders. You will provide counseling and education to patients on hearing health, hearing protection, and assistive listening devices. Collaborating with physicians, ENT specialists, and other healthcare professionals, you will develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with hearing issues. Additionally, you will participate in clinical research studies related to audiology and hearing science. Your role will involve maintaining accurate patient records and effectively communicating test results and recommended treatments to patients. You will be fitting and adjusting hearing aids and other assistive devices, as well as monitoring and documenting patient progress during treatment. Educating patients and families on hearing health and preventive measures will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition to diagnosing speech and language disorders in patients, you will develop and implement treatment plans for speech and language therapy. Monitoring and documenting patient progress during therapy sessions and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care will be essential. Furthermore, you will educate patients and families on speech and language development and strategies. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts at the in-person work location.
