You will be responsible for operating stringer machines, specifically ATW (Automated Tape Wrapping) machines. Your main tasks will include setting up the machine with the appropriate tools and materials, checking stringers before and after wrapping to ensure they adhere to quality standards, and loading and unloading stringers with care and safety. In case of any minor machine issues, you will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve them, or escalate to the maintenance team if needed. Collaboration with team members to address challenges and enhance the overall process efficiency will also be a part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a high school diploma, ITI certification, or a B.Tech. degree. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year of experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is required. Prior experience in using ATW machines or similar wrapping equipment would be advantageous.,
