Position Name: Digital Marketing Expert/SME (Night Shift-USA/Canada) - (SEO/SMM/GOOGLE ANALYTICS/GMB RANKING/AD CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT Interested candidate should be comfortable working in the night shift (7:00 pm to 4:00 am). Immediate joiners should only apply! Should have at least 2+ years of relevant work experience into Website /SEO/SMM/Ad Campaign No freshers, only experienced candidates are welcome. Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing SME to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies that enhance online visibility, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across SEO, SMM, Google Analytics, GMB Optimization, Paid Ads Campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), and overall Digital Strategy & Planning . This role demands both creative and analytical capabilities, with a hands-on approach to driving measurable outcomes across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and on/off-page optimization. Monitor, analyze, and improve organic ranking and visibility for targeted keywords. Manage technical SEO, including site structure, page speed, and crawl issues. Social Media Marketing (SMM): Develop and execute strategies to grow engagement and followers across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.). Create, curate, and schedule compelling social media content aligned with brand objectives. Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and ROI. Google My Business (GMB) & Local SEO: Optimize and maintain multiple GMB listings for improved local search visibility. Implement strategies for better local ranking, reviews, and customer engagement. Paid Advertising (Ad Campaign Management): Plan, create, and manage Google Ads , Meta Ads , and other paid digital campaigns. Optimize ad spend based on performance metrics and conversion tracking. Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rate. Analytics & Reporting: Leverage Google Analytics , Google Search Console , and other tracking tools to analyze web traffic and campaign performance. Prepare weekly/monthly digital performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Strategy & Execution: Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Core Competencies: Deep expertise in SEO (Technical, On-page, Off-page) and Google Analytics . Strong understanding of Social Media Algorithms , content optimization, and paid media strategy. Hands-on experience with Google Ads , Meta Business Suite , Tag Manager , and Search Console . Proficiency in data-driven decision making and performance analysis. Creative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. 48 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing / SEO / SMM / Performance Marketing . Google Ads and Google Analytics Certification (preferred). Experience in B2B/B2C digital campaigns and lead generation.
