As a Sales Fresher at EsroMagica, you will be an integral part of a leading organization in Pune dedicated to providing top-quality space and astronomy-related educational content. Your role will involve guiding and supporting students, conducting counselling sessions, promoting programs and services, and assisting students in overcoming educational and personal challenges. Working from the office located at Office no.201, Navale Icon, 2nd floor, Near Navale Bridge, Pune-411041, you will be expected to work 8.5 hours per day in the evening shift from 1:30 PM to 10 PM. The compensation includes a base salary along with fixed monthly incentives. Responsibilities: - Provide expert counselling to students interested in pursuing a career in the space field. - Guide students through academic and career decisions related to space sciences. - Promote and sell EsroMagica's programs and services to prospective students. - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, understanding of student needs, and the ability to work independently. Sales experience or a strong sales aptitude is a plus. Additionally, having prior experience in counselling or mentorship and knowledge of space and astronomy education would be beneficial.
