Role & responsibilities Client Consultation & Communication: Interact with clients via phone, WhatsApp, video calls, or chat for astrological consultations. Listen to client concerns carefully and analyze their horoscope details. Explain basic planetary positions (e.g., Moon sign, Mahadasha, Antardasha, transit effects) in simple and easy-to-understand language. Provide accurate and positive astrological guidance based on the birth chart and client's queries. Help clients gain clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. Remedy Suggestion & Sales Support: Suggest suitable Vedic remedies based on planetary analysis and client issues. Explain and recommend Free Astro Guides Shakti Remedies Products including Rudraksha Kavach, Ratna Kavach, Yagya Sankalp, Mantra Jap, etc. Educate clients on the importance and spiritual benefits of remedies, supporting sales conversion ethically. Ensure that all suggestions align with Free Astro Guides spiritual service mission. Professional Reporting & Discipline: Maintain accurate records of client conversations, remedies advised, and consultation details. Provide daily reports to the team. Handle all client interactions professionally, politely, and within the given timelines. Ensure complete confidentiality of client data and sensitive information. Skill Requirements: Good working knowledge of Vedic Astrology (Basic D1 chart reading, Mahadasha, Transit analysis). Strong communication skills with the ability to explain astrology in simple terms. Patient, positive, and service-oriented attitude. Ability to guide clients towards appropriate remedies naturally, without any forced sales approach. Preferred candidate profile
