As an Assistant/Dy. Manager in Plant Maintenance (Machine Shop) at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Possess extensive knowledge in maintaining the preventive, breakdown, and planned maintenance of machines. - Have the capability to handle both electrical and mechanical teams effectively. - Prepare preventive maintenance checklists, diagnose checkpoints, and modify PM checklists as per requirements. - Coordinate, attend, and record breakdowns of all CNC & PLC based machines in Siemens and Fanuc systems. - Ensure all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities are carried out as per schedule. - Ensure effective implementation of planned maintenance and autonomous maintenance. - Update all standards of TPM as per client guidelines. - Procure spares and maintain them as per requirements to reduce breakdown time of all machines, reducing spare costs by standardizing spares and in-house repairing. - Monitor Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) & Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of each manufacturing process and ensure machine uptime above 99%. - Ensure 5S & safety at all workplaces of the maintenance department. Qualifications required: - BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Key Skills: - Siemens Controller Basic, Siemens Ladder in PLC, Mitsubishi Controller Basic, Fanuc - TIA Portal, ABB Robot Basic, Profilator & Hobbing Machine, Laser Welder Machine, - Burring & Grinding Machine, Basic Electronics, Balancing & Harning. Join our team in Pune or Ahmedabad and utilize your 10-15 years of experience in the automotive industry to make a significant impact.
