Roles and Responsibilities: Monitoring & Supervision of Fabrication, Assembly work, Any other Production related job in Fan industry, Man Management Qualification of the Candidate: Candidate should be a Mechanical Engineer (B.E. or DME) with 10 to 12 years exp. in Engg. Industry. Few years exposure in Industrial Fan manufacturing is essential. He must have good Man management skill. He should have sufficient working exp. in Shoop floor.
