Asst. Manager - CRM Pharma/Healthcare FRESHER B.Sc/MBA FRESHER

You will be responsible for Sales & Business Development (Back Office) in the Pharmaceutical and healthcare products sector. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Sales follow-up and coordination with Pharma Shoppe (Franchise) by attending incoming & outgoing calls with proper etiquette - Maintaining records for Pharma Shoppe (Franchise) - Making reminder calls to Pharma Shoppe (Franchise) regarding monthly offers - Achieving sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Identifying and resolving problems faced by Pharma Shoppe (Franchise) by forwarding genuine issues to the concerned department - Reporting serious and unresolved problems to higher management The basic eligibility criteria for this role include: - Educational qualification: Only MBA - Marketing or B.Sc. FRESHER - Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience in sales support desk in any pharmaceutical/healthcare company like Pantjali, 1mg, Apollo Pharmacy, or others will be preferred Key skills required for this role: - Good command of MS Excel - Ability to understand and speak good English The job is located in Alambagh, Lucknow. The salary offered is Rs. 20,000-25,000/- per month along with incentives and other benefits. The job type is full-time and permanent. In addition, you will be entitled to benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule will be a day shift with fixed timings.
