Job Responsibilities Interact with US customers about their overdue payments Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts. Investigate historical data for each debt and take action to encourage timely debt payments. Process payments and resolve customer credit issues. Update account status records and collection efforts. Job Requirements The candidate should have work experience in the International Voice process along with Collections or other voice process Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques The candidate should have work experience in International Voice based Collections. Qualifications Able to work night shifts. Proficiency in MS Office and databases. Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Good Negotiation and Problem-solving skills. Any degree 6 days working per week(Sunday fixed weekoff) Perks and benefits Salary package from 4.5LPA to 9 LPA (Including variables)
