This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, delivers accurate claim resolutions, and provides excellent customer service to borrowers, dealerships, and financial partners ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Excellent verbal Communication (US Accent), reading, and writing skills are mandatory. Review and process GAP claims for auto loans, ensuring accurate calculation of deficiencies. Coordinate with insurance companies, lenders, and borrowers to validate claim documentation. Handle requests for early loan payoff or settlement agreements. Calculate payoff amounts, including interest, fees, and applicable adjustments Process cancellations for ancillary auto loan products (e.g., extended warranties, service contracts). Calculate refunds and ensure proper posting to customer accounts. Review and adjudicate CPP claims related to disability, unemployment, or life coverage. Verify eligibility and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate records of all claims and settlements. Provide clear, empathetic communication to borrowers regarding claim status.
