Role Overview: As a part of the recruitment team at Credence, your primary responsibility will be to conduct interviews for entry-level positions in Collection and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will play a crucial role in evaluating and shortlisting candidates based on their communication skills, thought processes, and comprehension abilities. By posing scenario-based questions and assessing candidates' responses, you will determine their capability to meet targets. Additionally, you will accurately document interviewing information in the systems application and provide constructive feedback to candidates. Collaboration with the recruitment team for daily administrative tasks and maintaining and publishing reports will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform interviews for entry-level positions in Collection and RCM - Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on communication skills, thought processes, and comprehension abilities - Pose scenario-based questions and assess candidates' responses - Clarify any queries during the interview and evaluate the candidate's capability to meet targets - Document interviewing information accurately in the systems application - Offer constructive feedback to candidates - Collaborate with the recruitment team for daily administrative tasks - Maintain and publish reports - Participate in interview call calibrations - Perform other assigned responsibilities Qualification Required: - 2+ years of experience in a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting in the United States - Strong communication skills - Attentive listening skills - Proficiency in MS Excel Future Prospects: There is an opportunity for you to transition into an HR Recruiter role or a Trainer role within the company.
