Associate Staff Engineer, Mobile iOS

As an iOS Developer at Nagarro, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will be required to have a total experience of 5+ years and expertise in iOS Development. This includes a strong grasp of iOS SDK, View Controllers, Core Data/SQLite, and OOPS concepts. Your programming skills in Swift and Objective-C should be strong, along with mandatory hands-on experience with RxSwift for reactive programming. You should also have working knowledge of GraphQL and its integration within iOS applications. Additionally, hands-on experience with Auto Layout, building responsive UIs, REST APIs, networking protocols like TCP and HTTP, and serialization formats like JSON are essential. Experience with MVVM architecture, Storyboards, Alamofire for networking, and Realm DB is a plus. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows, mobile app security, performance tuning, unit testing, and deployment is required. You should be passionate about clean code, scalable architecture, and building robust mobile apps. Proven experience in mentoring team members, delivering high-quality mobile solutions, a solid grasp of design patterns, and their practical implementation are also expected. Key Responsibilities: - Writing and reviewing clean, efficient, and maintainable code - Understanding business and functional requirements and translating them into robust technical solutions - Designing architecture and choosing appropriate frameworks and tools for the task - Taking ownership of modules and working with team members to deliver timely, high-quality features - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features - Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts - Estimating efforts accurately and delivering within timelines - Continuously improving application performance and fixing bugs based on user feedback and testing - Performing code/design reviews and suggesting best practices - Conducting POCs to explore new tools or frameworks when required - Maintaining high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits Qualification Required: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field We're Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling globally.
