Associate Software Developer (Full Stack)

If you have a strong background in platform building and enjoy hands-on development, this role is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate operational feasibility and propose solutions by analyzing requirements and problem definitions. - Develop and demonstrate solutions through documentation, flowcharts, code comments, and clear code. - Design system specifications, standards, and programming for solution installations. - Conduct systems analysis to recommend changes in policies and procedures for operational improvements. - Obtain and license software, stay updated on development tools, and protect operations by maintaining confidentiality. - Provide information on development and service issues, complete engineering tasks, and develop software solutions based on user needs and software development lifecycle. **Qualification Required:** - Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer. - Experience in designing interactive applications and developing software in Java, Javascript, Typescript, and React. - Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, ORM technologies like TypeORM, and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB. - Experience with test-driven development, proficiency in software engineering tools, and ability to document requirements and specifications. - Good to have AWS knowledge.
