Associate Software Architect

Role Overview: You will be a seasoned full-stack Architect/Lead at Capillary, utilizing your expertise in javascript frameworks/libs such as React.js, Angular.js, Vue.js, etc to lead and drive the front-end architecture for scalable web applications. Your responsibilities will include designing, creating, and scaling microfrontend architectures, building reusable UI component libraries, and developing best-in-class Node.js API microservices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable front-end solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design scalable front-end systems using cutting-edge frontend technologies. - Lead the design and implementation of Microfrontends, ensuring they are modular, scalable, and maintainable. - Build and maintain reusable UI component libraries for use across multiple products and platforms. - Develop high-performance Node.js API microservices, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency. - Create strategies for front-end performance optimization to enhance user experience. - Collaborate with backend architects and DevOps teams for smooth integration and deployment pipelines. - Establish best practices in UI/UX design to ensure intuitive and optimized user interfaces. - Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers for team development. - Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to evolve the architecture continuously. - Align architecture and component strategy with the overall product vision in collaboration with product and design teams. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in UI development, with expertise in JS frameworks/libs like React.js, Angular.js, Vue.js, and Node.js. - Proven skills in UI components architecture design for creating scalable, modular, and reusable components. - Strong knowledge of Microfrontend architectures and implementation strategies. - Experience in building secure, scalable, and performant Node.js API microservices. - Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries. - Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and RESTful APIs. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and deployment strategies. - Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, responsive design, and web performance.
