Technology | CCNP/ PCNSE/ CWNA/ ZCIP Configuration and Maintenance of Routing and Switching (Cisco RandS): Knowledgeable in configuring, verifying, and troubleshooting routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), VLANs, STP, and Layer 3 interfaces on Cisco switches and routers. Policy Implementation and Monitoring on Palo Alto Firewalls: Knowledgeable in creating and managing security rules, NAT policies, URL filtering, and Application-ID, as well as performing log analysis using Palo Alto Panorama or CLI. Aware of resolving escalated wireless network issues, performing basic troubleshooting, and supporting configuration changes under supervision, while collaborating with senior engineers to learn advanced Cisco WLAN operations, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth network performance. Aware of handling escalated cases involving web proxy and secure internet access, assisting in troubleshooting connectivity, authentication, and policy enforcement issues, while collaborating with senior engineers to apply configuration changes, maintain detailed logs, and ensure the secure and efficient operation of Zscaler services.
