Position: Associate Professor / Assistant Professor – Department of Psychology
Location: Padmashree College of Management and Sciences, Kengeri, Bangalore

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

Master’s degree in Psychology (General / Clinical / Counseling / Applied / Organizational / Social Psychology or equivalent specialization) with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.

• NET/SET:

Mandatory NET/SLET qualification in Psychology as per UGC norms.

• Desirable:
• Ph.D. in Psychology or allied specialization.
• Research publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
• Experience in teaching, counseling, clinical practice, or applied psychology.
• Experience:

Teaching and/or professional experience in counseling, therapy, assessment, or organizational psychology is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with Master’s degree and NET qualification are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology and its specializations.
• Provide counseling and support services to students (where applicable).
• Guide students in research projects and applied psychology work.
• Engage in research and contribute to academic publications.
• Participate in departmental activities, curriculum development, and college initiatives.
• Mentor and support students academically and professionally.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
