Job Description Finance Commercial: Associate Manager – Finance & Accounts Full-time Mid-level Salary Range: INR 10,00,000- ₹15,00,000 Job Summary This position will be responsible for driving the financial performance and strategic initiatives of the business. This position is responsible for providing financial insights and supporting decision-making processes to ensure profitability and growth. This role will collaborate with various departments to analyze financial data – evaluate customers, pricing discussions for new deal & renewals, focus on improving project margins. Key Responsibilities Customer Evaluation – Evaluate new & existing customers periodically to check the financial health of customers. Pricing - Collaborate with the sales and business teams to develop pricing strategies and commercial models for renewals of existing projects as well as new projects. Margin Analysis – Analyze the sold vs delivered margins on all customer projects & find solutions to reduce the gap, if any. Stakeholder Management - Serve as a key financial advisor to senior management and department heads. Financial Analysis & Reporting - Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for presentation to the CEO/CFO . Process Improvement - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems. Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and financial performance. The above responsibilities are indicative, not exhaustive. Qualifications Prior experience in IT company of 5-7 years MBA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and use of Microsoft Excel Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
