Associate Generative AI

You are seeking a dynamic professional with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in data science and generative AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning techniques, generative AI, RAG, and experience with productionizing ML models, preferably in cloud environments. Additionally, experience in developing and implementing Agentic AI systems for context-aware and dynamic solutions is highly desirable. You will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art techniques in Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI. This includes designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques to enhance LLM-based systems by integrating external knowledge for dynamic and contextually accurate responses. You will also be developing and integrating Agentic AI systems to enable dynamic, context-aware decision-making. Other responsibilities include ML Model building and deployment on the cloud, leveraging MLOPS techniques, building end-to-end model pipelines, and staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI/ML. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field. You should have 1-2 years of practical experience in AI/ML and data science, with a proven track record in the field of Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Agentic AI systems for context-aware and dynamic solutions is required. Hands-on experience with RAG techniques, including integrating external knowledge bases into generative AI workflows, and experience with MLOPS and building end-to-end model pipelines on any cloud environment are essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment are also key qualifications for this position.
