Associate Director Artificial Intelligence (AI)

As an Associate Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at KPMG, you will be part of the Data & AI Consulting team, contributing your 13+ years of relevant experience in Machine Learning and AI to drive business outcomes for clients worldwide. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Drive ideation and solutioning with clients, stakeholders, and team members. - Oversee delivery on multiple projects, ensuring that client objectives are achieved. - Contribute to business development by assisting in pre-sales activities, preparing and conducting solution demos. - Upskill, motivate, and manage the performance of team members. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or economics. - Possess a strong programming background in python, SQL, and APIs, with hands-on experience. - Have expertise in at least one of the following areas: Machine Learning (Predictive, Classification, Forecasting, Optimization, Deep Learning) or Gen AI / Agentic AI, with some experience in the other. - Demonstrate experience working with at least one cloud provider such as Azure, GCP, or AWS. - Showcase your experience in leading solutions and client projects from ideation to deployment.
