Associate Director Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) professional with over 13 years of relevant experience to join our Data & AI Consulting team at KPMG. As an Associate Director in our team, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering business outcomes for our clients through a business-first approach. Your key responsibilities will include driving ideation and solutioning with clients and stakeholders, overseeing delivery on multiple projects to ensure client objectives are met, contributing to business development through pre-sales activities and solution demos, as well as upskilling, motivating, and managing the performance of team members. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or economics. A strong programming background in python, SQL, and APIs is essential. Additionally, you must have expertise in either Machine Learning (Predictive, Classification, Forecasting, Optimization, Deep Learning) or Gen AI / Agentic AI, with some experience in the other. Experience with at least one cloud provider (Azure, GCP, AWS) is required, along with a proven track record of leading solutions and client projects from ideation to deployment.
