Role Summary

We are looking for a self-driven, energetic, and enthusiastic Associate Dentist who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic retail healthcare environment.

The role involves clinical consultations, minor dental procedures, store-level operations, and patient management. The candidate should be capable of balancing clinical responsibilities with business objectives while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform dental scans and conduct teeth alignment consultations.
• Provide comprehensive solutions related to clear aligners, oral hygiene products, and teeth whitening.
• Perform minor dental procedures such as scaling, fillings, and OPG-related procedures, as per clinical scope and protocols.
• Assist orthodontists during aligner procedures.
• Learn and execute aligner delivery procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols.
• Handle emergency cases and individual patient appointments whenever required.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company protocols and clinical standards.

2. Store & Business Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations alongside clinical responsibilities.
• Ensure achievement of store-level business objectives and targets.
• Handle patient queries, cases, complaints, and escalations confidently.
• Ensure a positive patient experience throughout the consultation and treatment journey.
• Work closely with the centre team to achieve business goals and improve customer experience.
• Support the promotion and recommendation of relevant dental treatments and products.

Candidate Profile

• BDS degree from a recognized institution.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with strong grasping and adaptability skills.
• Energetic, confident, and capable of handling patient cases and escalations.
• Excellent communication and patient consultation skills.
• Customer-focused with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable handling both clinical and store-level responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple responsibilities.

Weekly Off Policy:

• The weekly off will be rotational, with no fixed weekend off.
• Employees can avail their weekly off on any weekday except Saturday and Sunday.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
