Important: Candidates must be flexible to travel across the areas within their assigned zone to attend customer appointments. Comfort with extensive daily field travel is mandatory.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-driven BDS graduates to join the Home Scan Team at MakeO (toothsi).

As an Associate Dentist, you will visit customers' homes for pre-booked smile consultations, perform 3D oral scans, explain clear aligner treatment plans and benefits, and help convert consultations into sales.

This is a strictly non-clinical role. No dental treatments or clinical procedures are involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes for pre-booked smile consultations and perform 3D oral scans using scanning devices.
• Explain clear aligner treatment plans, benefits, processes, and pricing options to customers.
• Address customer queries, conduct follow-ups, and support sales conversions.
• Achieve assigned monthly consultation, sales, and conversion targets.
• Complete approximately 6–7 customer appointments per day.
• Travel approximately 70–80 km daily to attend customer appointments.
• Coordinate with central operations and sales teams for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
• Ensure a professional, smooth, and positive customer experience.
• Maintain customer records and daily activity reports using CRM applications and mobile tools.

Candidate Requirements

• BDS qualification is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in dentistry, healthcare, B2C sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales orientation and a target-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel and daily customer visits.
• Basic proficiency in CRM applications, mobile tools, and scanning devices.
• Personal bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to travel throughout the assigned zone (Z5 or Z6).

Work Schedule

• Appointment Window: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
• Appointments may be scheduled at any time within this window, depending on customer bookings.
• Daily Workload: Approximately 6–7 appointments.
• Daily Travel: Approximately 70–80 km.
• Work Mode: Full-time, field-based.

Compensation

Salary + Performance-Based Incentives, as per company policy.

• Candidates must be comfortable with the assigned zone and available for immediate joining.
