Associate Consultant-Functional SME (ERP domain)

As an Associate Consultant at CGI, you will play a crucial role in driving quality, usability, and process improvements across the ERP domain. With 8-15 years of experience in the industry, you will focus on enhancing test coverage, refining epics, and improving documentation to ensure a seamless end-user experience. Your responsibilities will include preventing feature leakage by reviewing and enhancing test plans, analyzing defect trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine acceptance criteria. You will actively contribute to sprint refinement sessions, ensuring clarity in user stories. Additionally, you will review and enhance documentation with a user-centric focus to ensure consistency, clarity, and completeness. In this role, you will evaluate the UX impact of features, provide actionable feedback, and support enablement efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will promote best practices in functional design and testing, leveraging your strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills. To be successful in this role, you must have 8-15 years of experience in the ERP domain, proficiency in test planning and execution review, a strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assess and improve documentation quality. Experience working with cross-functional teams and exposure to Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, UX design principles, and usability testing are considered advantageous.
