Associate Consultant Engineer (Gen AI)

Role Overview: Join Konecta Digitals Agentic AI and Gen AI practice as an Associate Consultant Engineer and kickstart your career in cutting-edge AI consulting. Key Responsibilities: - Learning & Development - Participate in structured training covering Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, Responsible AI, data fundamentals, cloud, and consulting practices. - Shadow senior consultants during client sessions and delivery squads. - Complete technical and consulting checkpoints. - Project Support & Prototyping - Support the design and development of AI prototypes, POCs, and accelerators. - Assist in preparing client deliverables (roadmaps, assessments, business cases). - Collaborate with cross-functional squads (data, CX, cloud, advisory). - Innovation & Knowledge Building - Research trends, tools, and academic insights in Gen AI and Agentic AI. - Contribute to internal playbooks, reusable assets, and IP libraries. - Share findings via blogs, presentations, and community forums. - Collaboration & Growth - Work with mentors and squad leads for coaching. - Participate in client workshops (observer, contributor). - Contribute actively to team culture, co-creation sessions, and problem-solving exercises. Qualifications Required: - Recent graduate (Bachelors/Masters) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or related fields (First-class preferred). - Technical foundations: Exposure to Python/SQL, AI/ML concepts, and cloud basics. - Mindset: Curious, ambitious, analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn. - Collaboration skills: Strong communication and ability to work across cultures and geographies. - Ambition: Passion for AI, data, and emerging technologies, with a clear motivation to build a career in Gen AI/Agentic AI. - Languages: English (mandatory); Spanish/French/Italian/Arabic desirable.,
