Associate AI/ML Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging Traditional ML, Deep Learning, Generative AI, RAG, Agentic RAG, and Multi-Agent architectures
• Build scalable AI Agents, Copilots, and autonomous workflows capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and enterprise system integration
• Develop production-ready LLMOps/MLOps pipelines, including evaluation, monitoring, observability, security, and Responsible AI controls
• Collaborate with business, product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions and architecture patterns
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive innovation through adoption of advanced GenAI, Agentic AI, and Multi-Agent frameworks
• Builder Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in Generative AI & LLM Engineering
• Experience in RAG / Agentic RAG Architectures
• Experience in AI Agents & Multi-Agent Systems
• Experience in LLMOps / Production AI Platforms
• Experience in Traditional Machine Learning & Deep Learning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare and regulated industry experience
• Proven enterprise AI/ML solution development and deployment
