Role Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to boost agency performance. Recruit and train new agents to build a high-performing team. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing agencies. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for agents. Ensure the team meets sales targets and performance metrics. Analyze and report on sales performance and agency development. Collaborate with marketing to design promotions and campaigns. Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents in the field. Address any issues or conflicts raised by agencies or clients. Create an inclusive and motivating work environment for teams. Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve services. Assist in the development of agency-related policies and procedures. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities. Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting agency operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in agency development. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. Strong negotiation skills and customer-focused approach. Understanding of the urban development sector is a plus. Highly organized with excellent time management capabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required. Experience in training and mentoring staff. Creativity and problem-solving skills. Strong ethical standards and commitment to professionalism.
