Job Description

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates for the position of Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) in the Life Insurance sector. The role involves field sales, selling life insurance products, managing advisors and coordinating with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business by selling life insurance products through field sales.
• Manage and coordinate with insurance advisors and prospective clients.
• Develop relationships with customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain consistent performance.

Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of field sales experience in any industry.
• Experience in life insurance or financial services sales will be preferred.
• Good communication, client coordination and relationship management skills.
• Must be consistent and stable in previous employment.
• Must be a local resident of the hiring location.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
