Assistant Manager - Business Development Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Work From Office) Salary: 40,000/month ( 20,000 fixed + 20,000 variable) Experience: Fresher (0-1 year) Industry: Advertising, Brand Activations, Media About Us: Paprika Idea Labs specializes in on-ground brand activations & strategic alliances. We create experiential marketing campaigns in cafes, gyms, bars, co-working spaces, malls, corporate hubs, and more connecting brands with the right audience in innovative ways. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic fresher with strong communication skills and an interest in brand activations and media partnerships. Your role will be to call up brands and media agencies, pitch our services, and help expand our client base. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead generation & outreach - Identify and reach out to marketing managers, brand teams, and media agencies. 2. Pitching & presentations - Effectively communicate Paprika's unique offerings, activation concepts, and past campaign success stories. 3. Networking & relationship building - Build and maintain strong client relationships. 4. Market research - Stay updated with industry trends, upcoming brand campaigns, and potential partnerships. 5. Sales target achievement - Drive closures and contribute to revenue growth. Why Join Us?
