Assistant/Deputy General Manager-Manufacturing

As an AGM/DGM-Manufacturing at the leading High speed sheet metal stamping industry in Bangalore, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Leading the team of PPC, Production, Quality, Tooling and Maintenance - Ensuring 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) - Monitoring machine capacity and planning for capacity expansion based on sales projection - Managing inventory and monitoring Raw Material (RM) & Work-in-Progress (WIP) levels - Minimizing the breakdown of critical machineries through regular and timely preventive maintenance Qualification Required: - BE/PG in Mechanical/Production Engineering Experience: - 15-20 Years Salary Offer: - Up to 35 LPA Functional Skills Required: - Knowledge of sheet metal stamping operations - Knowledge of tool maintenance & Quality system - Knowledge of Production Planning, Electroplating, Heat treatment, Plastic molding - Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, and Gauge R&R If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please share/email your updated resume to jobs@eswari-enterprises.com.
