As a skilled and motivated individual, you will be joining the team in a Development & MIS role, where your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing and managing the production of periodic Dashboards, ad-hoc management reports, and Audit Reports. - Critically evaluating information from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, and maintaining data integrity throughout the production process. - Managing management expectations and clearly articulating responses to any queries they may have. - Understanding business issues and data challenges within the organization and suggesting areas of improvement. - Working with stakeholders across the Services franchise to build partnerships. - Building AI Agents to implement process improvements and efficiencies. - Designing, developing, and deploying generative AI solutions using LLMs (Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.). - Developing prompt engineering strategies and best practices. Your qualifications and skills should include: - Business Intelligence & Visualization: Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense. - Programming: Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation. - Data Management: Solid understanding of database management principles and experience with data modeling. - ETL Skills: Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing ETL processes. - MS Office: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel including VBA. Desired skills that would be beneficial for this role are: - Generative AI: Experience or familiarity with Generative AI concepts and tools. - Citi Stylus: Knowledge of or experience with Citi Stylus. - SharePoint: Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint for site management and collaboration. - Business Experience: Experience in financial services, Investor Services, Custody Services will be preferred. Your educational background should include a Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, and you should have 8 years plus of relevant experience.
