Assistant Team Leader - Financial Reporting

As an Assistant Team Leader in Financial Reporting, your role will involve reviewing Financial Statements for Investment companies such as Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds, ensuring that they are prepared in accordance with various GAAPs. You will be responsible for overseeing processes and quality checklists, ensuring that the work assigned to the team is completed with the highest level of quality within the specified deadlines. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in addressing issues and assisting team members, and in the absence of the Team Leader, you will be required to manage the team and ensure that deliverables are met. Key Responsibilities: - Review Financial Statements for Investment companies like Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds, prepared as per various GAAPs - Ensure adherence to processes and quality checklists - Ensure timely delivery of work with the highest level of quality - Assist team members in problem-solving - Manage the team and ensure deliverables are met in the absence of the Team Leader Qualifications Required: - CA(Inter) completed with 3 years of articles experience plus 6 months to 1 year of industrial work experience, or M.Com/MBA(Finance) from a reputed college with a minimum of 3 years of experience - Good oral and written communication skills in English - Knowledge or experience in Investment fund accounting segment - Strong aptitude in numerical and reasoning ability - Proficiency in MS Excel & Word - Typing Skills would be an added advantage - Strong Knowledge in Bank Reconciliation Statement, Rectification of Error, Cash Flow Statement & Final Accounts Experience: 3-7 Years Salary Range: Company Standards Job Location: Mumbai/Gandhinagar/Agartala/Chennai Open Positions: 05,
