Assistant Splicer

The Assistant Splicer will support senior splicing technicians in fiber optic cable splicing, testing, and installation work. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in starting a career in telecom field operations. You will be responsible for assisting in fiber cable splicing and jointing work, handling basic tools, cleaning, and cable preparation. Additionally, you will support in testing fiber connections under supervision, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety protocols. As part of the splicing team, you will also travel to field sites. The ideal candidate should have an ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecom (Fresher), possess a basic understanding of fiber optics (training will be provided), be willing to work on-site and travel locally, be physically fit and prepared to work in outdoor conditions, and demonstrate qualities of a quick learner and team player.
