Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients with respiratory and critical care disorders in OPD, IPD, and ICU settings.
Conduct teaching sessions, clinical demonstrations, and academic discussions for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
Supervise and guide residents, interns, and nursing staff in patient management and clinical procedures.
Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as bronchoscopy, pulmonary function tests, thoracentesis, and sleep studies.
Participate actively in academic and departmental research activities, paper presentations, and publications.
Manage medical emergencies related to respiratory diseases and provide critical care support.
Ensure accurate documentation, case records, and maintenance of patient data.
Contribute to departmental meetings, case presentations, and academic audits.
Maintain high standards of ethics, patient safety, and confidentiality.
Support the development of the department through academic initiatives and institutional programs.
