Job Description

Teaching Responsibilities
- Deliver subject-specific lectures (QT, Marketing, Business Law) to BBA and BCA students. Use OBE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and blended learning methods.
- Develop lesson plans, course files, and digital content.

Assessment & Evaluation
- Design CO-aligned question papers, assignments, and project assessments. Conduct internal/external evaluations and maintain attainment records.

Curriculum Development
- Participate in syllabus revision and BOS activities. Recommend industry-relevant, NEP-aligned electives (e.g., Analytics, Digital Marketing, Cyber Law).

Research & Publications
- Publish in UGC-CARE, Scopus, ABDC journals.Guide UG research projects and apply for funded research initiatives.

NAAC/NBA Documentation
- Maintain course files, CO-PO-PSO mapping, and attainment data. Support AQAR, SSR, SAR preparation, and IQAC activities.

Student Mentoring
- Mentor students in academics, internships, and placements. Identify and support slow learners and high achievers.

Institutional Contribution
- Serve on academic and administrative committees. Organize guest lectures, workshops, FDPs, and industrial visits.

Faculty Development
- Participate in FDPs, MOOCs (NPTEL, SWAYAM). Stay updated with current tools, industry practices, and legal/marketing trends.

Eligibility (UGC/AICTE Norms)
- Master’s in relevant field (QT, Marketing, Law) with 55% minimum. NET/SET or Ph.D. preferred. Certifications desirable
