Assistant Professor in Malayalam

Qualification :Post graduation​ in Malayalam (NET Preferred )

1)Will be responsible for teaching the students as per the course syllabus and making them proficient in the topics handled by you and also be responsible for providing them life skills and value-based training as per the policy of Aashrayam College.

2) Will be responsible for the students under charge to maintain discipline as stipulated by Aashrayam college and also to make sure that the students remit their fees prescribed, in time.

3) Will be eligible for the benefits under the Employees State Insurance Program (ESI) as and when we are registered with it and the premium payable to ESI therefore shall be shared between employee and the employer.

4) probation for a period of 3 months.

5) Will be eligible for holidays and leave as per the rules prevailing at the material time. The rules are liable to be changed from time to time.

6) The notice period for resignation from the service is 3 months from the date of submission of the letter of resignation. The employee may resign with a shorter notice period, subject to a minimum notice period of 30 days and payment of an amount equal to the salary for the period of shortfall, in lieu of the notice period.
