Assistant Professor for Fashion Design

Role Overview: You will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the Department of Fashion Design with a specialization in Apparel designing, Garment construction, and Textile Designing. You should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience. As part of the faculty, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of aspiring fashion designers. Key Responsibilities: - Teach and mentor students in the Department of Fashion Design with a focus on Apparel designing, Garment construction, and Textile Designing. - Share industry knowledge and best practices with students to enhance their learning experience. - Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and professional development. - Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for their improvement. - Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and teaching methodologies. - Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the field of fashion design to provide relevant and up-to-date education. Qualification Required: - Applicants must have a master's degree in the relevant subject area. - Candidates must have qualified NET in the relevant area or hold a Ph.D. in the relevant subject. - Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in the relevant subject area.
