Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech (Aeronautical)
• Teaching experience in Engineering/Aviation College will be an added advantage

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to simplify complex Aeronautical concepts
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and tools
• Passion for mentoring and academic excellence

Job Description:

• Deliver lectures to Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and B.Sc. Aviation students
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
• Track and support student progress
• Participate in academic planning and institute activities
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities
• Conduct periodic assessments, tests, and internal evaluations
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
• Provide extra academic support to students as needed
• Collaborate with other faculty members and contribute to departmental goals
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with educational best practices
• Support in organizing seminars, workshops, and academic events
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
