Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Principal Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative structural systems.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and schedules.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in relevant software and technologies.
