Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager – OPD

Location: Zoi hospitals Attapur

Job Summary:

The Assistant Operations Manager – OPD will be responsible for managing and overseeing all outpatient department (OP) operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient coordination, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete OPD operations including registration, consultation flow, and billing

Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting time in OP areas

Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and front office teams for efficient OP functioning

Monitor appointment scheduling and patient handling processes

Supervise OP front desk, billing, and support staff

Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations effectively

Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper functioning of OP areas

Maintain OP records, daily reports, and performance metrics

Ensure adherence to hospital policies and service standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration

3–4years of experience in OPD / hospital operations preferred

Strong communication and team coordination skills

Ability to manage patient flow and handle pressure situations
